Title: need tech 2 or not ??

hi all i recently changed my gearbox as it was slipping and cousing a vibrating from it which shock the back end of the car ,
 Anyway now i have changed it i woas wondering if the ecu needs updating as on top of the gearbox there is a sticker saying 204 ,and the one i put in was 219. does this make any difference ? both boxes were ar25

The ECU is separate from the box (drivers footwell iirc)  so it will be running the same software as it was before.

As far as I know, there is no further config could be done with tech2.

Not sure what difference that label indicates
