Title: facelift satnav fitting to my mv6
Post by: SteveT528 on 15 March 2010, 12:57:14
Hello, i've got a facelift 2001 manual mv6 3.0 without satnav and ive also got a 2000 facelift elite automatic with satnav , im going to sell the elite shortly and find the satnav useful so is it possible to swap it to my mv6? is it a case of changing headunit and display? and fitting the gps antenna?

3 wires, associated with display. Don't have specifics handy currently, but easiest to do it on a Traffic Master loom to save butchering the car loom (which is a bit tight to start messing with anyway

Guessing your Elites got a Bose setup, so your going have to do all the Bose speakers and stuff for your MV6, or put the Head Unit back to non Bose mode.

Steve, Ive sent you a PM, re wiring info on HU and Screen etc.
