Title: 2000 bose stereo help

Hi , im having trouble finding a stereo that will work in my elite with bose? have tried standard stereos with no luck? ive been told to get a ccr 2006 with bose enabled? but what cars did these come in and where can i get one? thanks

car is a facelift 3.0 elite

Systems in Omegas are BOSE and use different speakers/amps to "normal"  :(

My 2003 2.6 Elite has the CCR2006 + Bose.

From what I have read the original (suffix A) unit can't be set up for Bose but anything later (mine is E) can be.

If you get one out of a car with Bose then you won't need to get it reconfigured otherwise you will need to contact someone with Tech2 to get the output levels changed.
