Title: car stalling

car (automatic estate cd 2ltr) stalls when slowing down or stopped, orange engine light comes on and stays on for a period of time. No problem on open road.  :(
wolud appreciate advice on this thanks

you really need to see what fault codes are lurking but I suspect a 19 will be in there, crank sensor.

Not on a 4pot, more likely cam sensor. You really need to paperclip it and get the codes McCay :y
