Title: lucky escape for veccie-cambelt!

Hey,

Just had my wifes veccie serviced & timing belt done. I am ashamed to say that although I made sure the MV6 had the recommended belt change etc, I wasn't so thorough with the veccie! (well it is only the wifes!)

My mechanic mate showed me the tension roller he had removed-bearings totally knackered & wobbling around waiting to fail!

V pleased it only cost me £160 (including service) instead of a new engine <-wipes sweat from brow!

Another good example of 'get ya belt & tensioners done!'
