Title: Paperclip test result 12

Hi not been on for awhile as all has been well.
All good things come to an end though.
Have developed a slight missfire which is worse when cold.
Have just done a paperclip test which is giving a
12 fault code.
Car is a 99 minifacelift 2.5 auto and I cannot find a 12 in the code list so any help appreciated.

12 is 'initiation of diagnosis'. It isn't a 'fault' code as such. :y

That will teach me not to read link again and go by memory.
Suppose its back to something beginning to break down again as I have already checked plug wells which is the normal problem.
