Title: Rumble under bonnet.
Post by: Mikes1670 on 03 April 2010, 08:38:27
Hi all, I have a 3.0 Elite (V-reg, 1999) and I have noticed that when I turn on the ignition, if I dont crank the engine there is a rumble under the bonnet.  It is more apparent if the engine isn't actually started up. It occurs when the ignition is turned on but not far enough to start cranking the engine. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?  The car is fairly new to me and I am still getting used to it.
