Yes, done that on ours, does improve the look imho.

Is this ok for the MOT? I thought I had read somewhere here that indicators that weren't 'orange enough' were a fail, or am I having a 'false memory' moment ?  :-/:D ;D

they do flash very bright amber and are better than the standard ones . not sure about the mot part but lucky for me i know a place that would pass a burnt out shell ha ha so no problem with that

Thanks for that, I may do the same as they do look a lot nicer :y
As for your MOT station, it sounds like a place to go if you are single & desperate, but I carry the most precious thing on earth in my car, my Family, so I need mine done Kosher  ;) :y

IMHO  it is worse than that ...

Dodgy MOT = dangerous wear on a critical component not spotted = RTA = Death

:(

Only an idiot would use a dodgy MOT station. >:( >:(  Its certainly not something to be "proudly" posted on an open forum.

for a start it was  just a figure of speech like the place that mot's my car would tell me that the bulbs have failed (if they did) and would just pass it me instead of me taking them out to retest the car only for me to put them back in 3 mins later if it was more then just a bulb he would fail it end of . as for the ha ha on evey post its because i have a positive out look on life ( unlike some ) and DO like to have a laught and a joke so ha bl**dy ha
