Title: Temp guage

Hi All,
I have a problem with my temp guage, sometimes it works fine and other times its all over the pace, showing either at the top of the guage or nothing at all. Any ideas please, advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like it is probably a loose connection/chafed wire
