hi all
i read in here that you can pull a fuse in the battery fusebox rather than unplug sai pump, i think it said the 50amp fuse but after looking at mine (99 2.5 manual saloon) i havent got a 50amp just 80amp and a 30amp, any help would be great a fuse layout in the battery fusebox would be good :D

Oops this is my fault, I was going to take  a pic for the guide when I did mine and forgot.. I'll go find the original post now as it has the details

ok, I thought the thread had pics but it doesnt. But this little bit of info was all I needed to find the right fuse:

The fuse is in the under the bonnet fuse box next to the battery. It's big and orange and I think it's the only one like it in that fuse box

ETA: Mine is a facelift model, I assume its the same for older versions but who knows......

i have a orange fuse 40amp and next to it a red fuse 50amp  :( deffo the orange one?

Its the red 50a fuse... no orange on on my miggy that I recall. The info I posted was the guidance someone else gave me to find the right fuse.
