Why not block it off completely? lots of people do, and it seems to make it go a bit better too.......

How do you block it off and how do you by pass the engine mgt system?

I'm sure someone will correct me if this is wrong, but I'm pretty sure you cut a piece of metal to block it off, and reset the code.....it then just "goes away....."

All now sorted thanks. Took off the valve and gave it a good clean. It was 10 min job. Thanks. Ian
