Title: Any Good engine flush

Hi
Anyone have any good reccomendations for a engine flush.
Doing the oil an filters so want to give it a good flush out.

Better to do a few short oil changes instead.

Are you suffering overheating when booting it?

How much - does it approach 100C after 2 or 3 mins of spirited driving?

95 on gauge is fine.  Just do some short oil changes on it, will be better than flushing :y
