Thanks for the advice guys, problem now seems to be terminal as more oil in coolant and smell coming from heater, do not think it is worth a good coolant flush. Live close to Junction 25 (M1) any recommendation on a good honest local garage. Mine said HG and car does not have oil cooler. Thanks in anticipation.

I would be seriously tempted to take it to Marks DTM Calib in West Bridgford. I would certainly trust him with my car (and have) :y
