Hi All,
My engine electronics warning lamp now stays on, I've read the hand book and it says little apart from there's a problem with the engines electronics and get it checked out by a Vx dealer.
I've gone through the pages on this forum and I can't find any info about this.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be and how to test/check to maybe narrow down what the fault could be.
Any ideas appreciated.
Many thanks
Mark

Hi,
I've done the paperclip test on my 2.0 16v and get the codes
0130 and 0135.
Can someone please tell me what they mean 'cos I can't find the codes for this particular engine.
Thank you.

Now you want to go here:

Looks like you might have a wiring problem to, or problem with the lambda sensor in the exhaust.
Check the wiring carefully before anything else.

I believe these codes are for your vehicle, but i,m afraid I can't elaborate on their meaning :-[. Someone more knowledgeable will probably be along shortly though :y :y
