I've seen a couple of posts saying retro fitting cruise is possible I would like to know how and what is needed. I can see the plug/connecter in the wireing for the stalk but that that's as much as I know.

check the maint guide index in my sig, the retrofitting guides are in there :y

Cheers squire, less of a pain than I thought.

Yes not bad at all on the drive by wire's like yours :y

I saw a 2.2Dti the other day that had been fitted with an expensive aftermarket cruise setup......despite it having the correct brake switch, clutch switch and even been enabled with cruise from the factory.....all it needed was a 35 quid stalk!
-
Got my stalk off 'Simon Omega 2' looked under the footwell and low and behold the clutch switch was already in-place, then once I had fitted it I then found that VAUXHALL had already ENABLED the cruise for me ;-)
So all I had to pay for was the STALK.
If you need to see what the Clutch switch is like then look at my post..

I have a cruise cable/module off a 98 2 litre if you need one, surplus to req's..sounds like it might be too old for yours though.

2.6 needs a 4 wire stalk, clutch switch if manual, and a chat with an authorised Tech2 :)
