Apologies if this has been done before but a search of the forum turned up nothing and the HowTo/Maintenance section doesn't seem to cover this either.
My offside sill trim is not fitting correctly at the front end but I can't see how it attaches to the car. I assume there is some kind of plastic clip arrangement but I don't want to pull it about blindly in case I break something.
Can anyone tell me how the sill trim is fitted/removed.
Thanks in advance.

Ok might sound stupid but the only fit one way round so check!but the trim is only held on by clips,a small flathead screwdriver to get it off.

Do you mean I can just prise it off? Is it just a push fit?

Do you mean the internal cover on the sill?
or do you mean the external plastic covers on the outside of the car?
The internal ones are held in place by 5 or 6 torx screws hidden under the plastic strips with the VX logo on (& one at the base of the B pillar).
Not sure about the external ones but my local garage told me that they are just cllipped on.

The clips have a keyhole slot that slides onto a rivet head (a bit like a flat head nail) welded to the sill itself. The trim fastens to these clips by hooking the top edge onto the clip then pushing down & inwards towards the car. I've only ever removed sill trims because the clips have been snapped, I suppose the theory is, to lift upwards & pull the top edge away from the car. One of my clips has been broken since I bought the car 5 or 6 yrs ago. There's also various penny sized black covers/clips on the bottom edge along the length, these just prise off.

The front of mine was hanging down when I bought it, because one of the clips had become a bit loose and turned 90 degrees, I turned it back and it clipped straight back on, have a check of yours
