Title: SAI pipe removal
Post by: Will B on 06 May 2010, 13:53:38
Hi all

Can anyone shed some light on the best way to remove the SAI pipe as I'm trying to fit a new tensioner and it wont fit with the pipe where it is. And ideally what tools will I require to get the job done :y

thanks

Just replace the plastic pulley wheel, no need to change the whole tensioner (and the pulley can be bought seperately)

Well the old tensioner is out managed to wiggle it out of the bottom of the car without removing the pipe but now I need to somehow get the new one in . . .  :-/

Reverse the procedure you used to get the old one out?
