Title: clock and info display change

im my car i have the display that only shows clock and date and temp. If i wanted to change this to one that shows trip computer and whatever else. Can it be done and more importantly what would i need to change so it works properly. Thanks

you can swap the display easy enough, but your going to lack a lot of the sensors and loom for it to work correctly, eg, washer bottle level, coolant and so on. Its going to show a lot of false errors

if you dont need the check control stuff, should be easy enough to fool the MID into thinking its all there ;)
