Title: Vauxhall paint
Post by: mrjimbo on 12 May 2010, 15:06:46
My car has the paint code Y474 10L and is listed as Glacier White / Casablanca White in the list below. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Y474  10L  and  Y474  1OU

Cheers Andy, I've been doing some paint repairs on my estate and the paint i was sold by the paint suppliers was supposedly Y474  10L and was labeled to that effect, but try as hard as i might i couldn't get it to match up properly. Anyway took the car and the paint back to suppliers and they say theres nothing wrong with paint and it's the right match. They mixed some more to the correct formula and it came out a different shade to what they mixed originally and matches perfectly the paint on the car.
