Title: How to fit factory phone?

Hello all, new to the site, I have a 2004 3.2 MV6. It already has the mic fitted by the rear view mirror, but what else would i need to fit the full phone? It doesn't have the dash front with the phone buttons on it, so i know i would need that, any help with what else and where i could get them would be great! 8-)

Both would require an element of wiring mods, but the 2 options are:

CCRT2008
NCDC2015

Both need replacement MIDs, both are GSM900 (so O2/Voda only in UK), potentially a 3rd party bluetooth kit is a cheaper option...
