Hi there. A previous owner of my car decided to tint the rear lights. I think it has been done to the outside - from feel, and wandered if anyone knew any product I could use to remove it as I dont like it. Cheers in advance.

It's hard to remove tint paint on the tail light specially the tail light are made by plastic. You can try to dip them in the WD40 for at least 2 hours and use finger nail and or credit card plastic to remove it other than that you will sratch the finish.
That is only way, do not use chemical paint remover or acetone (nail Varnish Remover) or Petrol that you will damage the light housing as well.
They are messed up anyway, try that and if it doesn't work then buy some new ones.
Good luck.

You could always try this type of cleaner / remover ?.

Or find someone who want's to swap their clear ones, for your tinted ones ?.

I would think that as these lights have been tinted, they are facelift lights. Prefacelift cars already have tinted lights :y :y

Did they do a 2.5 facelift ? I didn't know that ?

Go to somewhere like "Toolstation" or a UPVC window supplier and get some "Solvent cleaner". Should remove the tint and won`t damage the lens
