i bought a pair of 'Delphi' lower wishbones. Went to WIM to have geometry done; on the way up, first time i hit the brakes, i almost shot across the other side of the road :o :o!! When fitting the arms, i commented to my mate (mechanic) that the rear bush (o/s/f)didnt look right.(you could hold the metal insert in you fingers and get a bit of movement on it) >:(do the same on the old one (bearing in mind it is the original, so about 9 years old, and you could NOT get any movement out of it. Anyway, Peter did geo at WIM, he drove it and agreed, some thing was not right with the arms. Went back to my mechanic, took n/s/f wheel off, and when put on full lock with pressure on, the whole bottom of the leg was moving about 2'' - we put the old one back on, and it was perfect. Blasted it up road, hit brakes, perfect straight line pull up !!! So i wouldnt recommend Delphi wishbones.
Peter at WIM said they use Lemforder, from Eurocarparts :y about £85 a shot.
BTW.......excellent, quality helpful service at WIM; Peter explained all the readings, what he was doing etc etc....didnt see Tony, he was at dentist - ouch!!!
Definitely recommend them :y :y :y

are autovaux no good anymore then for lemforders? £110 according too oof legend.
several mentions of agro with Delphi wishbones now. Seen one with exceptionally soft rear bush and some very strange handeling on the brakes.

Thanks for all yer comments and popinters guys - yea, the Delphi WB's seem to have a soft rear bush, caused mine to SEVERELY jump to the right (into oncoming traffic) when braking normally - VERY DANGEROUS !!!!!!!!!!!!

If it's £100 for a pair that that's brilliant.
