a lsd as standard?

mine didnt

NO omega had an LSD as standard.
Police Manual ones are the best bet of finding one.
-
it is possible to build one, but you need to start with an Omega diff and a LSD from either a Senator or Carlton GSi
-
hmmmm fancy doing a howv 2 then ?
-
have done five or six now, and numerous axles for other stuff.
BUT it's maybe one subject that I wouldn't be happy writing a "how-to" for - it's just too difficult.
the difficult bits are :-
measuring and calculating the locking factor
setting the pinion heigh ( measuring )
setting the tooth contact
and then again, there's the cost of the parts. to change all of the wearing parts, you're looking over £300.
I do occasionally build them for people, but under specific circumstances only.
