I know cataclean is the respected one, never heard of that one though

I wouldn't bother TBH.

Sounds like snake oil.

If it contains any platinum or rhodium you'd probably need some serious scientists to measure the minute quantity, then there's the issue of what makes it stick to the surfaces of the cat (and nowhere else).

Save your money.  ::)
