Hi all my wife just dropped my key and the fob has broken the remote part is now not paired and they key won't turn the lock in door or boot!which I didn't know!!how the he'll do I get in it without breaking a window????

wd40 and brute strength shound do the trick don't be frightened of breaking the key :y

Yeah you have to be brave and try and force it using the key. It will go eventually :y

Will try that but I'm not sure the key is the same as the it doesn't work in the boot either!going to call previous owner!9

if you locked the doors with the fob and deadlocked it breaking a window won't help as you won't be able to lift the button

Surely I can then put my key in igntion and reprgramme the fob!?

Im not sure but if you turn ignition to position II and press the buttons i think that resyncs it ....you might be best to check the immobiliser chip is still in the position in the key :-/

Does the fob still work or did the fall break something inside .
Do the led's on it work ?
