Title: manual elite gearbox

mine seems pretty good nearly 90k,although its a bit clunky from 1st to 2nd

are the mounts prone to wear?

was going to change oil,what type does it take

atf?

as an auto owner i'm not sure which oil the manual box takes, but have seen talk on here of changeing gearbox oil imoroving matters,  but i dont think it takes atf.

Would think dealer or hand book would tell you the right spec. ? :-/

This was discussed at length on ABS forum and the conclusion was to use Dexron II ATF in the manual box.
