Whats involved in dropping the front spoiler off my Elite.
Looks like someone has tupped the front and it's popped the end of the bumper out from the wheel arch. has happened before but managed to fit it all back together.
Has anyone got a schematic of all the mount/screw/bolt locations.
TIA. :y

There's a fitting from the inner liner that connects to the lower corner of the bumper that seems a bit fragile. My original bumper had it missing as did one side of a replacement (best I could find all round) so I 'welded' it back on with a medium sized soldering iron ...... so far so good :y :y

I think I understand what you mean, will have a look tomorrow.

This was the reason the front wheel was covered in brake dust, was a low pads and coroded on the inside of the disc advisory on the MOT last year after being stood for long perods and this was the disc after after being stood from Noveber to last month as it went metal to metal going to get them changed. :-[

the tab on the bottom of the bumper here is the one that was broken on mine. My 'weld' has held so far. ;)

can the tab be replaced

can the tab be replaced
I replaced my bumper so had the best bits of 2 bumpers to play with. A sharp stanley knife to cut bits of 'filler' and a med/large soldering iron to melt/weld various bits of plastic to make a new tab.
Or £300+ for a new one from Vauxhall!!! :o

For a long time, my liner was self tappered to the remnants of the original tab - like it when I bought it .. . honest ;) :y
