Title: exhaust flexi pipe

exhaust flexi pipe kaput.going to weld in flexi insert.anybody any idea size of pipe bore to get.I know the length is 100mm but bore sizes available are 45,51,55mm. any help would be great.ps it,s a 2002 2.2 engine.

if you gas weld it dont need an insert,, if you put an insert in it can make it stiffer and make it snap with engine movment.

Its a flexi pipe which is direct replacement for the original so should flex o.k. The problems the right bore size to get.

Yup thats the one, bought 2 of them now for our 2.2's the second one was better quality than the first.
