Title: Clean new brake discs
Post by: smcconn on 22 June 2010, 13:44:18
Hi

going to fit new front brake discs later, what is best to use to degrease them.
I have some mineralised methylated spirit (purple stuff) in the shed, any good or not.

Meths will be fine, or a can of brake cleaner.

CRC Bräkleen does the job and you get a nice lemon fragrance to the garage as well with it  :y
