Title: Sunroof will not close

I love my sunroof but not when it will not close. Tried closing it and it stopped about 2 cm short and then open again. Tried the manual screwdrive method and could only get the roof within about 2 cm of closed.

Has any one come across this problem? Is there an easy fix?

There is a how to. I think it's a disc you have to clean in the workings. Hope this helps :y

i had this on mine, you have to push and hold the switch until it is closed.

Tried the reset? Press the knob in open position first, then closed, then tilt? Maybe?

I have tried the reset but no joy. The roof mechanism appears to mechanically jam 2cm from closing.

had this on mine, seemed to be a lever/push down bar on the left side as it closes that it got jammed on, wd40 and some wiggling seemed to free it up.

Does anyone know whether there is a detailed sun roof operation mechanism diagram showing all the components involved? I'm really struggling to get to the problem of my Sun roof jammed (non opening, despite numerous resets, 2 replacement  working motors  etc). cheers :y
