Has anyone got a donut removal tool that they could measure and post the dimentions from.
I've just ordered some replacment bushes and want to make a removal tool for myself.

 Thanks  :y

I never use one as a claw hammer works very well (although it does take some force using your foot on the handle!)

Yep, claw hammer works every time for me too.

Then turn the support plate upside-down to "press" the new one in - a bit of soap on the outer rubber surface of the bush also helps.

You can do both in an hour or so with practice.

Oh, and, drench the three small bolts on the triangular support plate in release oil the night before - especially the rear-most one where the threads are exposed.

Just a quick bump to say thanks for the info.[smiley=dankk2.gif]

Did both bushes this morning using a small pry bar and a claw hammer. Took me a couple of hours including making a block to go above the bush housing so I could push the bush all the way home (The centre of the bush was hitting the floor before the bush was seated properly).
The car feels transformed now  :y

				No problem, hope it helped.
