Been looking at the JPAT site for the sump gaskets and filter. I found the part no's (209 25 01 front, 209 25 02rear and 209 27 01filter) but can't find any prices.
Has anyone bought any lately ? Theres no prices on thier site, just wondered how much they were each :y

What do you recommend ? Hylomar silicone gasket or the Black RTV stuff ?

I didn't use any cement don't believe in it. Can be a right old mess if you ever need to remove the two sumps again. Can't beat clean surfaces, new gaskets and a gradual torque up of all the studs to the correct torque with the mandatory loctite.

black rtv is perfectly good enough :y

Black RTV it is then :y

Just got 2 front sump gaskets and 2 rear sump gaskets from them £17.89 inc del + VAT.
I didn't get a filter to start with because i'm going to do as near to a full change as possible so i'll have to drop the sumps twice to get most of the old dirty oil out so i'll wash the filter out and give it a good check over and if it looks like it needs a new one one i'll replace it on the second change.
