does anyone fancy looking at my omega have oil leak and not sure where its coming from, need to sort it as driving it on holiday in 3 weeks

Chances are its the breathers blocked leading to the cam covers leaking .. :(  Very common problem.

When were the breathers last cleaned, and how often does it have an oil change ??

Not a difficult job to DIY .. loads of info in the guides, or you could pay one of the "travelling" guys .. although I don't think theres one near you .. so petrol costs might be a factor .. :(

I am in Cambridge and think I got the same problem. don't know when the breathers were done and losing about 1 litre of oil every few months and making a bit of a mess where I park.

thanks for that info, i will check the breathers, once i find them ha, would that be the reason for topping up coolant 3 times in 3 mths also

I in Huntingdon so just down road from you . I got manual conversion to do at weekend, but still can come and have look what wrong with your motor :y
