Title: How to take out the Airbag in a Omega B

hi there everyone!! i have a problem with my Opel Omega B, i have some kind of electrikal  shortfuse in the back of my instrument panel. i have found the cord thats benn burnd but i have to remore the wheel and airbag to get inside and replace the bad cord thats burnd. Anyone know how to remove the airbag without it going of?? i have removed the plus pole on the battery and unskrewd the airbag. PLEACE HELP ME ;-P

You've done most of it already. It just unplugs now from the back of the airbag.  ;)

is it just to drag the plug strait out or sideways. sorry for stupid questions but om so afreyd of this thing going off in my face :-P hehe

It just pulls straight out as far as I remember.
