Title: Broken recline mechanism broken on seat

Is there a way of fixing the reclining mechanism on the seat, or is it a case of once broken it's broken ?.

Went to adjust the seat for someone before they got in the car, and the adjusting wheel seamed to come lose ?!.  Still adjusts, but flapping about a bit  :-? .

Want to fix it, as will be selling the seats sometime soon, as I'm going back to the cloth type.  Can't get on with sliding about on the leather to be honest  :-[ .
