Title: what would LPG cost on a 3.2 elite

Hi all what price would it cost to get a 3.2 elite converted to run on gas and what would be the best system to have fitted i have looked through the site and im very confused now

How capable are you with spanners?

DIY is by far the cheapest and, IMHO, best route. A kit with a torpedo tank will set you back around £700 or so ;)

Have a look through the maintenance section at the guides... I haven't done the V6 version yet but it's pretty much the same as the 4 pot, just with 2 more cylinders :y :y

Once complete take it to an LPGA installer, he will then issue a safety certificate for insurance purposes ( once he has nit picked and winged)

It's worth phoning round installers and getting a price/sussing them out. They are not all trustable it seems.
Note
LPGA approved instal gives you an LPGA approved instal certificate.
Diy instal means you have to pay for your own Safety certificate.

Beware approved installs, they tend to fill the engine with swarf when drilling injector nozzles inti inlet, with manifold in place.
