It really depends how much the suspension has settled. The likes of WIM will assess this and how the previous tyres have worn and use their experience to set it.
However, around -1o10' to -1o20' seems to be a typical value for a well bedded - in example.
The main thing to watch is that they don't simply go by the limits on the alignment machine. The machines have a database of settings for each vehicle but the limits for the Omega are extremely wide, meaning that it can be within the limits but still chewing the insides of the tyres away.
If in doubt, ask them to achieve the above figures.
They might want to offset them slightly from side to side to compensate for road camber.
