Does a 3.0 Mv6 have a thicker a.r.b. than a 3.0 Elite?
Thanks in advance...

Nope

Oh O.K, I know that on the Vectra they do about 3 different sizes... A v6 GSI one is thicker than a v6 CDX, for example, I guess the Omega is different.

Or the same, depending on which way you look at it ;D

GSI is the standard SRI then sent to "Motor Sport Developments" (Milton Keynes) to be given the "GSI" look, bodykit, lowered stiffer suspension, thicker ARB plus the Omega 3.0 cams

... and going back to my days of owning a Nova, the GSI/GTE's also had a thicker a.r.b. than lesser models.
