No real demist! I guess an arm has fallen off a servo, which side of tunnel is this on? or other ideas?
-
Is it a broken pipe, it was on our old estate, after being in VX for a cam belt change, pipe not secured properly and melted on the exhaust manifold.. ::)

I am having the same problems i found a loose vacuum pipe under the bonnet near the heater matrix pipes on the bulkhead bu still not working,i will be looking for the heater box flap actuator at weekend i will keep you posted.Take a look at my other post on vac pipes. :-[

This car has climate, I think all the flaps are operated by servomotors whose arms pop off, they are awkward to get at & I don't want to start on the wrong side.

Nope, only the temp blend flap is servo controled, all the direction flaps are vac based and hence you need to check your vac hoses etc :y

Thanks for that. On my previous car it was the temp blend arm that popped off! But I thought I saw at least one other servo?
