Title: still gear problem :/

I changed the gear oil and gear filter but still my car seems to skip gears while on the move
What to do ??

Its really disturbing when you're going and the car suddenly throttle, especially when you have traffic behind you !!

sounds like it could be a g/box solenoid getting lazy. ;)
