hello...

can anyone give me a how 2 on removing the front and rear bumpers on my 2000 f/l mv6

oh btw there irmscher bumpers if that makes any difference

From memory....



Trim under headlight off.
This reveals 2 screws attaching bumper to car - undo

2 screws each side in wheel arch holding bumper to wheelarch liner - remove (one is from underneath car)

You may have 3 clips under the car in the centre of bumper (not all do) - remove

Withdraw bumper, unplugging bumper loom as you do.
