Title: MIL but no codes?

Me again,, thanks to Wellungs advice the Code reader I was struggling with worked but is showing no codes logged or pending codes at all for engine or transmission!

So whats the score with the occasional Mil and SVS light coming on :-/ as said the car drives brilliantly! Only asking as the car will be getting sold on soon.
