Title: Adjusting the headlight washers

hi could any one advise me how to adjust the headlight washers as my passenger one is going straight up i cant see any way to move it

They are a ball in effect, with slots around the jet hole, a similar sized flat blade in the slots and use that to leaver the position down, best not to poke anything in the jet hole, they are only plastic and the jet shape will deform quite easily, not that that's problem on headlight washers as such, just that they use a small lake of fluid every time as it is.

If you make the jet whole bigger, you would not use any more fluid because the pump is on for the same amount of time pumping the same amount of fluid. It would spray less powerfuly though.
