Looks like it needs taking out and posting to Dave DND or get the car pass from VX if it's the original radio.
Not much hope by tonight then, can you sing? ;D

Trip to the dealers for a car pass will be the quickest but doubt you will get one tonight

As John and Pete say, you will need the car pass for you particular vehicle. When going to your dealer, all you'll need is your reg number, and possibly VIN number is the dealer is particularly incompotent. The last one I bought cost £25 from memory, but does take a few days to get to you.
The radio codes aren't generic, and are individual to the unit in question. So if code 3318 works on one CCR 2006, it won't work on another.
In some cases, it has been known for the codes to be written on the back of the unit. Seeing as your unit won't produce sound atm, I don't think there's anything to loose by taking it out to have a look.

Assuming you haven't already left on your journey by the time you read this? ::)
You just might be lucky if you pull out the radio to find that some kind soul/fool has written the code on the unit chassis? ;)

Just a thought,
If you've got the handbooks etc, there is a card in there with the radio code in!!
