Title: CDX Facelift Variable Wash/Wipe
Post by: mark.adams on 26 September 2010, 09:22:05
Does the CDX Facelift have a variable Wash/Wipe and is it a straightforward stalk replacement to fit this to the CD model (like the cruise was)

Some do some dont across the range / years.

We have a how2 guide on retofitting,
or you can fit a VW 99 relay, and get programmable intermittant that way  :y

here is the guide with both methods...I went for the easy relay swap, and im happy with it, takes a little more getting used to coming from wheels for years, but works well.

I certainly agree with this as I fitted a 99 relay recently and have found it to work very well indeed. :y

Wow nice find with the 99 relay, wonder why Vx never copied that idea, so simple yet effective.
I'll go for that one (being a bit lazy)
Thanks one and all....
