Title: steering probs

noticed the other day a what can only be described as a grating noise that seems to come from the steering wheel area only noticeable at slow speed any one have any ideas is it anything to worry about
car is a facelift 2.5 elite saloon if that makes a difference

that seems to sound the same don't feel very confident about removing steering wheel though
