Title: heater blowing warm air on hot setting

iv been and brought an omega today and its a cd 2.5 v6 1999,on my way home i put the heater on hot (both sides) and put the fan on number 2 and its only blowing luke warm air would any1 have any ideas on what this could be befor i jump into it many thanks nick

Check if both pipes going through bulhead into heater matrix are getting hot. In this pic, where Jim has connected offcuts of hose you will have the two black matrix pipes, check these. http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1263473441

ok cheers mate i will jump straight on that tomorrow as its getting chilly :( i will let you know the out come of this tomorrow ;)
