Title: paper clip test results
Post by: andyc321 on 18 October 2010, 12:15:09
hi all, carried out paper clip test on my 98 3.0 v6 elite auto without the engine running and came up with code 19 which i believe is something to do with rpm signal. does anyone know what this means and what i need to do to rectify this?  many thanks in advance, Andy c.

about £50 iirc, and not too bad, we have a guide...

basically unplug from under the scuttle, route new cable behind ABS pipes to keep it cooler, and replace sensor by oil filter.
