is it possibly to replace only plastic headlight cover on omega b 2002

you can't buy the lens separately, but it is possible to separate the lens from the headlight by carefully easing it away and gently slicing through the black goo that holds them together. See the guide re replacing the broken headlight adjusters with an ally replacement.  :y

Is the old one cracked or damaged? If just cloudy they can be polished up with something like the 3M kit  :y

I polished them twice and it is OK for short time, probablly because no UV protection. Now I have to change adjusers so consider  to change plastic cover to

What you linked to are stone chip guards rather than replacement lenses... Either new GM or Depo/Valeo etc pattern ones for new choice or second hand for budget :y

Clip on protectors wouldn't stop the UV damage?

Did I see a post some time ago about an anti uv spray . May factor 50 might help :D
