I own an Omega 2.5 V6 Petrol vehicle.
Can anyone help with part # of the crank sensor for this vehicle. Also can you use the crank sensor of a diesel engine on a petrol engine.

I'm afraid that sensors are specific to an engine type so, no, a diesel sensor won't work on any petrol.

Early ones had rectangular plug, later ones "oval" plug - what years yours mate?
